Last year, I couldn’t take my eyes off one of the dancers (Danny Tidwell) in So You Think You Can Dance.  I swear, not a lot of things in life can make me scream like a school girl in the front row of a Backstreet Boys concert.

I’ve fallen in lust with yet another one of the male dancers on SYTYCD…and it’s not even funny.  Of course I’m talking about W-I-L-L!!! I actually had a convo with my sister a few weeks ago and told her that I didn’t think Will should have stayed after his solo (the first one he did) and she disagreed with me, saying he’s really good.  From the week after that up ’til now, I’ve been a fan.

When Tabitha said that Will could ‘take that shirt right back off’ I literally LOLed.

I don’t really have a favourite yet, though.  I like Joshua and Katee’s partnership…I liked Thane with Chelsea but Chelsea got eliminated (aww…) so we’ll see how it goes with Comfort.  Thayne’s adorable (but that’s all I’ll say ‘coz my straight radar isn’t beeping with him…).

I can’t wait for them to start switching partners, it’ll be really interesting then (not that it’s not interesting right now).

It’s not the cheapest there is, but it’s something I’m happy with.

They play this song so often on ICS that I’ve now grown to like it.

Ok, that was a bit corny. LOL. Just say “0 Days Left” on the Sex and the City widget so I decided to visit their official site and take the quiz they have on there: Match Your Man. I have to admit that throughout the 6 seasons I found Mr. Big the most attractive, and have never changed my mind. Mr. Big was in a league of his own.

Now I’m convinced that I will never get married, and if I ever do it’ll be because I’m “settling” for a compromise (like most marriages anyhow). Why am I completely convinced? Because I got this:

We all know there’s no such thing as a Harry…and if there was, he’d be gay. Besides, nobody’s ever attracted to Harries (they’re just too damn shy). I might have one or two friends like that; that’s the thing: they’re they types that women only want as friends esp. because they think like women - and that’s meant as a compliment…unfortunately there’s nothing sexy about that.

A few weeks ago I decided to buy some DVDs, something that I hadn’t done in quite a while.  I bought a National Geographic collection of documentaries, ‘P.S. I love You’, and a 3D animation movie called ‘Free Jimmy‘ which happened to be in the cartoon/kids section.

I was a little tired yesterday afternoon so I decided to watch ‘Free Jimmy’.  To my surprise, the opening credits showed a cartoon picture of a naked woman.  It looked like some sort of abstract art so I was still convinced that the movie was a kid movie.

A few minutes later, there was a sh*gging scene! Unlike the ones in the movies where they try to be discreet and keep the covers on, this scene didn’t have covers anywhere.

Oh and get this: the movie stars an elephant who’s addicted to drugs.

This film is also full of the F word so this definitely not for kids.

One of my favourite scenes however, is where this rat was freed then they free the cat which killed the rat and then their dog killed the cat.  I really saw that coming.

Just watched David Cook and David Archuleta battle it off. I’m pretty sure Archuleta’s going to win this season. Apart from the previous reason I had, he really deserves it after the 3 rounds.  Although I still think David Cook would probably be a better superstar.  I like Archuleta but like I said before, he just sings other people’s songs well.

Really busy with things right now so I’m just going to leave this post as it is.

Haven’t watched it yet but according to the latest, Sayesha Mercado has been voted off American Idol.  Quite sad really, but she did sing pretty weak this week (um…) and the two Davids really deserve to be the final two.  I was reading a few comments posted online, and some people are actually delusional to the point of thinking Jason Castro’s way better than Sayesha.  Are there far more stupid girls than horny guys in this world? Jason Castro SUCKED.

I can’t believe Simon was into him for so long.  I can’t believe Jason Castro even made it to the top 4, let alone the top 10.  But we all know it wasn’t his vocals.  Those little blond girls who voted for Sanjaya probably spent their whole month’s allowance voting for Jason Castro.

To the people wanting to audition for next season: practice your most innocent-looking smile and that should get you to the top 10…and if you can come up with a really dumb looking face, that should be enough to get you to the top 4.

I hope David Cook wins this season.  David Archuleta’s great but he really lacks originality and flexibility.  He does great singing other people’s songs but I can’t really imagine what his first single will be like, let alone his first album.  My guess is that it will be a set of remake versions of John Lennon songs.

I’ve never been a fan of rock n’ roll, but 5 more David Cook songs would make me a fan.

I haven’t watched the latest episode of American Idol but after reading the latest news online, I know who was voted off this week: Jason Castro - and thank goodness! Was he drunk this week? What was up with him when he sang the Bob Marley song? He didn’t take that song (’I Shot the Sherrif’) and made it his own: he just gave out a bad Bob Marley impersonation. What was he thinking?

Like I said, it was just a matter of time for Jason to leave the show. I said it on numerous posts, namely here and here…and you guys thought I was wrong? LOL! I may sound like a complete nut case half the time, but I do have an idea of what’s just plain bad, period.

I’m glad Sayesha stayed this week, she’s just trying so hard. I do believe she’s got what it takes, and I hated what Randy said about her second song. We’ve heard it all before, Randy: we know you’ve worked closely with Mariah and Whitney…but WTF is your problem, Sayesha can sing. Sure, Mariah and Whitney are divas but they’re not the only women in the world who aren’t tone deaf. Thank goodness Simon behaved that night. Simon, Simon, Simon…if I can only tell you what I’d like to do with you on a mid-summer night…

I’m pretty sure Sayesha will be voted off next week (but you never know). She’s a great singer, but the two Davids are just too popular and they have very strong vocals. Anyway, I’m just glad Jason is out…nothing personal. =/

I’ve grown to like Sayesha and David Cook more than anyone else over the past few years. I feel Sayesha has really developed her own style and she keeps doing better and better over the weeks. David Cook is very talented but he’s almost too monotonous now, you know what to expect with him: rock…or something loud. Pretty much the reason that got Melinda in trouble last season: great but too monotonous (like surprise me!). I like David Cook because even if he’s predictable, he’s got attitude. He doesn’t seem to accept criticism, but he delivers so there’s nothing wrong with that.

I think Brooke deserved to be voted off this week. Sad because of her likeable personality but she just sang the worst this week. She should have been a bit louder in her singing, LOL. You can’t go wrong when you’re singing really well, and really loud (e.g. Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey).

Jason, Jason, Jason…not surprising that Paula thought he sang two songs after his first song: fact of the matter is, it doesn’t matter how many songs Jason sings - it is all forgettable and it’s all the same thing. If he sang 5 songs it would seem as if he sang 20 (bore me why don’t you?). In Paula’s defense, apparently the judges get to listen in to their rehearsals so Paula probably already heard his version of the second song before his stage performance.

David Archuleta should probably be this season’s American Idol. He’s cute, not my favourite but he’s very deserving. He’s killer-talented, he’s got the looks, personality, pretty much the whole package…and best of all he’s charitable.
